This was the second 12” release for Hedonist, and was originally issued in 1997 on the Sydney-based Rage Records sub-label called UHF Records (UHF#6). This release continued along the same stylistic vein as Hedonist’s Bloody Fist debut 12” (FIST08) the previous year, with fast pounding kick drums, rattly breakbeats, hip hop samples and fragments of television all thrown into the mix. The record was re-recorded from its original source files for the Old Rope ROPEBF01 12” reissue in 2007, and now appears here for the first time in digital format.
